Check in at the front desk begins at 10:30 AM.
Volunteers will be on hand to assign tee-off times, scorecards and answer any questions.

Feeling lucky?
We'll be doing 50/50 tickets, mulligans and a putting contest - Venmo and cash will be accepted. The driving range, short game area and putting green will all be open for use.

Registration
To register for the outing, email golf@stmax.org or RSVP on the website. Please let us know how many golfers will be attending and if you will be at the dinner as well.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
- Proper golf attire is required as Radley Run does have a dress code. Please no cargo shorts/pants, backwards hat, etc. Let me know if you have Questions about this.
- Kegs of beer will be provided on the course
- Other alcohol, such as seltzers and mixed drinks, will be available for purchase during the event and dinner/cocktail reception
- Radley Run does not accept credit cards so please bring cash to purchase any additional beverages/food
- If you belong to another club in the area such as Concord, Whitford, Penn Oaks or West Chester, you can use your member number at Radley.

Reception
A dinner and awards reception will take place beginning at 5 PM at the Clubhouse. All guests are invited to attend.
If you can't make the golf event but would like to attend the luncheon, simply pay $65. Teachers and staff members will receive a special discounted rate of $30.
